Q: How does Powwownow make any money?
A: We make our money in the form of a rebate that we receive from our telecoms partner.
Q: Is there a limit to how long my conference call can last?
A: No, there is no limit to the duration of a conference call.
Q: Can someone have the same PIN as me?
A: With our Open Access Service, we suggest that you choose a 6-9 digit PIN number, something like the last 6 digits of your phone number, and not something too obvious, like 123456. Our Enhanced and Premium Access customers have unique PINs that are reserved for each customer's use.
